Dr Andy Flannagan is the Labour Party candidate for the Vassall by-election called for 20th March 2008. The by-election follows the tragic death of popular Labour Vassall councillor, and former Mayor, Liz Atkinson.

Andy says: “I am honoured to have been given the chance to succeed Liz in representing Vassall. I want to follow her example by fighting for Vassall, and putting the needs of residents first.“
